You stay awake the whole time — most people prefer to lie down, close their eyes, and let themselves relax. If you dose off, that’s perfectly fine too.
It’s similar to guided meditation, but more intentional and focused on shifting your story.

You can’t be made to do anything that doesn’t align with your will, values, or desires.
This isn’t stage hypnosis. It’s a gentle, collaborative experience where your mind is simply more willing to accept what you want to be true.

Hypnosis doesn’t require physical presence to be effective.
In fact, many people find it more powerful online because they’re in their own space — comfortable, safe, and naturally more relaxed.
When you’re in a space that feels familiar, your mind naturally lets its guard down. You’re not being watched, judged, or performing for anyone. You can simply relax into the experience. And most clients prefer to listen right before sleep or right after waking up, when the mind is already deeply receptive.
All you need is a quiet space, your phone or laptop, headphones if you like them, and the willingness to settle in and allow the process to work.
