You can listen as often as you want. There’s no rule or limit. Some people listen once a day, others multiple times. It’s completely up to you and your lifestyle. As long as you’re maintaining a beneficial mindset.

Yes. You don’t need to be in the same room for hypnosis to be effective. Both the general audios and online 1:1 sessions guide your mind in the same way an in-person session would.
You might even find it more effective than in-person hypnosis sessions as you are in the comfort and privacy of your own space.

That’s completely fine. Your mind is still absorbing everything it needs to. Sleep doesn’t interrupt results at all.

You can, just as long as it’s safe. Hypnosis audios are typically used while sitting/lying down without distraction, but it’s not a hard-set rule here. You can listen while relaxing, cleaning, working, etc.
Just avoid listening while driving or operating anything that needs your full attention.

Yes, you can stack as many audios as you want. Your mind isn’t overwhelmed; it simply absorbs the story you repeat most consistently (for every area of your life).

Most audios are typically 20–35 minutes, depending on the topic. Long enough to fully immerse you, but short enough to fit easily into your routine. Custom audios vary based on your goals, but they’re always designed to feel smooth, natural, and effective.

No problem at all. As long as you understand basic English, you’ll be able to follow everything easily. Hypnosis isn’t about perfect grammar. Your mind naturally absorbs what the words mean to you.

Everyone is different; some people experience changes instantly, others gradually. It’s all dependent on your own thoughts/assumptions.
I’d suggest not focusing on time at all. What matters most is consistency and choosing the new story you prefer.

No. You don’t need to force emotions or imagery. Your mind is already forming visuals as it hears the words, there’s nothing extra you need to do.
Just relax and listen! The audio guides your mind.

Yes. Doubts are normal and you will naturally stop identifying with them the more you listen to/engage with your new story. Doubts don’t block the audio’s and your mind’s effectiveness.

That said, your results are often stronger and more steady if you actively choose thoughts in the same direction as the audio. It can help to pick a few affirmations (which are just your new thoughts), and stick to those while listening.

Yes, hypnosis is completely safe. It’s a natural, relaxed state that you go in and out of all the time (like daydreaming). You stay fully aware, in control, and able to stop at any time.
Most people remember everything, the same way you remember a daydream. And even if your mind drifts or you zone out, the suggestions still land.

No. Hypnosis works in accordance with your values and self-guidelines. I cannot make you do or say anything against your will. You are entirely in control all throughout.

No prep is required. Just come as you are. If you want, you can set a quiet space and get comfortable, but there’s nothing you need to do beforehand. I’ll guide you through everything during the session.

You don’t need any experience. Just get comfortable, press play, and let the audio guide you.

You don’t need to feel anything specific to know the audio is working. It’s always working. Hypnosis isn’t dramatic or mind-control, it’s simply a relaxed, focused state. Some people feel very calm, some feel normal, some drift in and out. It’s all a valid experience.
You don’t need to worry about whether you’re “under hypnosis” or not. As long as you’re listening, your mind is absorbing everything it needs.

The general audios are intended for adults. Children should only listen with supervision. Pets may enjoy the calming sounds, but the guidance is designed for human minds.
