2. No Guarantees

Results vary from person to person.

I do not guarantee specific outcomes, timeframes, or results from hypnosis sessions or digital products.

3. Payments & Refunds

All purchases, including sessions and digital products, are final sale and non-refundable.

Once a session is booked or an audio is delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted.

4. Session Policies

  • Sessions are for one individual change or topic, unless otherwise stated.

  • I reserve the right to decline your request if the topic doesn’t fall within my scope.

  • As soon as your intake form is submitted, I start working on your session. No changes can be made afterward, so choose the focus you want before sending it in.

  • I don’t offer crisis or emergency support. If you’re experiencing a crisis or need immediate help, please reach out to local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

  • You’re responsible for listening in a safe environment (not while driving or operating anything). Use headphones or whatever helps you relax.

  • Email support replies are typically within 24–48 hours. Support is for guidance and reinforcement, not therapy or crisis intervention.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including audio files, session scripts, branding, text, and graphics is owned by Hypnosis by Kinza and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed.
